"Hello my fellow readers. Hope you guys are beating the heat wave wherever it is that you are, and if you have an A/C, lucky you! Remember to drink lots of water because you don't wanna wind up like a mummy."

Apparently that is what I was going to write for this post before I left it as a Draft and was forgetful enough to write it. I am so sorry followers. It's been ages since I wrote this, I know. But I've had things going on in my life that sometimes I just don't hunt for so many freebies anymore. I was actually writing a post about what happened these couple of months, so, just stay tuned for that if you will.

I think I should just keep this post short. I will post the pictures of what I got, which are mentioned in the title above.

.This is Bridal Guide Magazine. 

 I was waiting for this magazine for a while, but when it arrived, I was a bit disappointed. The cover was bent and it's colors were being scraped off. It had really nice dresses to look at, but I think it could have done a little better.

.EveryDay Magazine w/ Rachel Ray.

This magazine is PHENOMENAL! Great tasting recipes! Great tips for cooking. A great way to start off and try your hand at cooking if you don't know how to. This magazine was for the summer, obvious in the cover, and came with great grilling recipes. You should try it sometime. I got this magazine through RewardsGold.com. Honestly, sometimes I don't know how it works, but it does. I say that because I don't keep up much with it. I still get magazines though. :D

.Martha Stewart Living Magazine.

Another great magazine for cooking. Also got this through Rewards Gold, I believe. Great desserts and recipes. Everything in here looks so tasty and really is. I have all those that have come in the mail because, you can't just through recipe magazines away! They're just too good, filled with tips, products, ideas... You should give this a try as well.

tvWeekly Magazine.

This magazine, I thought was going to be about celebrities and all, but it was actually about times shows and movies were going to air. Much like and just like TVGuide... Oh well. It was worth a shot. At least it was only ONE magazine trial.

These are tampons, actually. When I got them, I was surprised because usually, tampons come encased in a shell for easy insertion, but these are for manual insertion. I haven't opened one or dared to try one. Maybe in a major emergency, but until then, I will keep these around.

Tampax Radiant samples. These were actually pretty good. The little bag with the samples came in handy in emergencies. The bag is a bit small, but my  mom and I liked that we could place our make up here for going out quickly. It was really cute. The sample came with 2 tampons, 3 panty liners, 1 over night pad, and 1 regular pad.

This sticker, which is the bottom one, "No Doubts, No Cages," I got from a Harley Davison give-away. It's a round sticker, that now sits on top of my laptop, decorating it. This offer is no longer around, but there are plenty of other opportunities to get other stickers from other companies.

It's been such a long time. I don't know why I stopped writing. I love writing. I think one of the reasons was because I didn't know much to say about a sample. When I get my samples, I save them. I don't like to use them right away unless I know I have to. I mean, that's why I keep them safe just in case. I currently ran out of space to keep my samples in my little box that looks like this:

On the left is the box with all the sample and to the right is where I keep my magazines. Unfortunately, I have run out of room, so I had to separate the contents of the box, separating them from beauty/ detergents on one box, and food stuff to another. I don't currently have a picture of how the other box looks, but now I'm running out of places to place everything and not have it cram up the living room because my mom hates having random things in the living room. But it's not my fault; the living room is practically my living room because my brother sleeps in what is decorated and is said to be "my" room.

     All the coffee shown on this post I still have. I still even have the Nescafe Taster's Choice coffee that I received way back when. Unfortunately I haven't been able to try any of the coffee's, except Taster's Choice, yet. 

     The second Metamucil pack that I got I honestly do not remember how I got. All I know is that I was super surprised when I got it in the mail because I thought I could only get one. I didn't mind it at all though. Extra is better, specially when given for free.

     The Lactaid Fast Act tablets I received in the mail. They are supposed to be taken before ingesting any dairy products or during their intake if you are lactose intolerant. Think of it as a take with you pill in case you can't get specialized milk like Lactaid. I am not lactose intolerant, so I would not know if they really work. A friend told me they didn't work for her, but get the free sample and see for yourselves.

     Oh gosh, the Quaker Oatmeal Squares were so DELICIOUS! They are not fiber-y like other cereals like  Mini Wheats, you know, that are stringy and hard. These were sweet, but had the PERFECT amount. Easy bites. They were superb. My mom could not wait to try them because when they arrived, we were craving something sweet. Talk about perfect timing. 

     The Crystal light Appletini I have not tried either, but the size seems to be for about a quart of water. I'll probably give it a try soon with some ice because it's already getting hot again. (Boooo! Bring back the cold weather!)

.My Apologies to All.

I don't know what is going on with me. Lately I have not written anything on this blog. I don't know how long it's been anymore, but it feels like forever. It's not because I don't have any samples to write about, I have a lot. I just having been in the mood I guess. I have not really been able to sit down and be like, "Well, let's get to this," like I used to. I blame Tumblr. That's really the only website I have been on lately. And not that it bothers me or that I really do blame  her, but also my mom. She learned how to use the computer not so long ago and she's always on it going from website to website. I don't know how she goes from Facebook to other beauty websites, and when asked, neither does she. hehehe I still love her though. It's a good thing when she's on the computer because that way, I'm not on it the whole day like I usually am, but it is not fair for you guys either; that is true. I will try my hardest to post a new post as soon as possible. I sincerely apologize, even though I'm sure you guys are tired of me doing so because that is all I have done lately. .Free Samples: Mega Red, Obestrim, Flanax, Bio- 35, Ultimate Omega Sport, Flexitol..

Here are some samples that I got a couple of weeks ago. Actually, I like to keep everything organized, but because I haven't organized the pictures well, I had to organize them all today and mixed up the order of what I had received in the same day or week, and yeah; I made a whole file dedicated just to pills I got.
     Now that I think about it, that makes me sound like a druggie and I am not! Nor do I drink! And I am sorry if I get some of the readers around my age mad, but I don't like watching people younger or of my age drinking and acting like total dumb-butts and making a fool out of themselves. Like about 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend, his family and I went to a party and there was a girl and her friends trying to sneak drinks to their tables and were mad that they got caught because they thought we had said something about them to the elder people, but we didn't and this one girl was trying to justify her drinking by saying, "I'm 19!" My boyfriend and I were looking at each other and just thinking, "What are you trying to prove? You need to be 21 and you're not going to ruin this girl's party just for your stupidity, seriously!" Why are there kids that need to be so lame and hard headed?! Any who, I'm sorry about my rant. It's just, remembering that day, it was such an awesome and one of the best days I've ever had, but the beginning was kind of ruined by those kids, trying to be cool.
     As for my blogging and this post, here are the samples I received these:

 Okay. So the first sample that I got was: MegaRed's Krill Oil soft gels. Their offer of free samples was being given away through Facebook, but the offer no longer exists. I haven't opened these yet. I ordered them and was going to give them to my brother because I know he drinks Fish Oil pills, but I thought they were going to give me a bottle, like Bio-35 did. Instead I got a packet with 3 pills, which is good for 3 days.

• Some benefits of the product are:

• Omega-3 Fatty Acids
• No Fishy Odors or Aftertaste
• Offers superior Cardiovascular support
• and also supports joint health with the help of phospholipids

The sample that is right next to it, and I swear, it IS a sample, is Bio-35. I know, it's a bottle, but it's a two week sample of it. The instructions are to take a capsules 3 times a day for 2 to 3 months and then 2 to 3 capsules daily for maintenance after those 2 or 3 months. But, what does it do? It is supposed to "Increase energy to overcome stress & fatigue."

To quote: "Bio-35 helps support the body's stress response & repair 'energy leaks' by providing a Balance of:

• Omega Fatty Acids (3,6, &9)
• Amino Acids
• Vitamins & B-Complexes
• Minerals & Trace Minerals (Great Salt Lake)

They do say to give your body time to be able to get its energy back. They say, "Depending on age, your current wellbeing, mental attitude and how often you exercise, the length of time for Bio-35 to reach maximum effectiveness make take from a few weeks to several months."

I don't remember how I got this Obestrim sample, but it's suppose to be a "weight loss aid for appetite control and metabolic stimulation." While I am not all so sure about this product, it seems it has helped a number of people. I will probably write in a separate post about the ingredients and FAQ included in the tablet. As for what it does:

• Taking Obestrim 30-60 minutes before eating releases the "Arexis Garcina RX"  (formulation of 100% natural ingredients which will be included in a separate post) formula into the stomach. It coats the stomach lining, mimicking fullness while accelerating satiety signals sent to your brain.
• As you eat, the brain interprets that the stomach is full even though it is digesting less of your gavorite food. The resulting satisfaction allows for reduced caloric intake while reducing hunger cravings.
• As you take Obestrim, your stomach trains itself to expect less food yet still trigger "full signals" sent to your brain. Over time the stomach shrinks, naturally decreasing food intake for sustained weight loss.

That is what Obestrim offers, if you would like to give it a try. I haven't tried the samples actually, but when I do, I will write a review, that is if I feel an effect.

The Ultimate Omega Sport sample I believe I got through a Facebook offer. This product is basically Fish Oil that "provides all the benefits of highly concentrated omega-3s without the fishy repeat.

• Supports joint flexibility and mobility
• May enhance endurance
• and supports optimal fat metabolism and body composition

The intake of these are 3 softgels daily, which is, I believe, what the sample contains.

Flanax seemed to work great for my dad, who, because of his job, is sometimes in constant muscular pain. He doesn't like to take pills constantly, but there was a day in particular where he was aching really bad and could not sleep. I had just gotten the Flanax sample not about 2 days before this, so I told him to take it. He slept like a baby and woke up with no pain. 

Flexitol is not a pill, but a heel balm that is suppose to repair cracked, hard, and "ugly" heels on the feet. Let me tell you, this did work. My mom, and she let me write about this, sometimes can't walk without hurting, because of the dryness on her heel, and because depending on her shoes, it hurts. But one day we were about to go to sleep and she was doing her nightly ritual of removing make up and getting ready for bed when I was like, "Hey, I have something that might help you and that you might like." I came to get the sample and handed her the Flexitol pack. She applied it that night and upcoming nights and her heels looked better than ever when we had to go to a party. She uses pantihose and even then, sometimes you can see the dryness, but not that day. She looked impeccable!

.A Sample that I Really Recommend.

If there is a sample that I highly recommend, it's cloSYS mouthwash.

I got the cloSYS mouthwash sample so long ago and I highly recommend it. I only have one thing I’m kind of iffy about, but if you have sensitive teeth and cannot stand the strong taste of other mouth washes, this is for you! It has no taste and does not burn your teeth or mouth. That’s what I love about it and my mother also did, because she’s the one with the sensitive teeth. The only thing I don’t like about it though is that I cannot feel if it did do something or not. I guess I’m so used to the burn of other mouth washes that not feeling anything felt like something was completely wrong, but there’s nothing wrong with it.      Hello everyone, what weather we have here in L.A... Well actually, it's nothing compared to the weather we are having here at my house. "What? Your house you say?" Yes, mi casa! I go outside and the weather is really nice. We have a breeze and it's not hot nor cold; it's PERFECT! But come inside my house and my living room feels as if it's a clothes drier turned on, which is not cool... It doesn't help that my brother is in his room and has his door closed. His room, when left open as well as the room's window, let's in the best air ever. But he's sleeping and fighting what seems to be a cold. Must be because of his job. Any who, hope you guys have been having a great life. I apologize for not updating this blog as much as I used to. Honestly, and I'm sorry I'm saying it like this, but I wanted to take a break. That and for some reason I was not in the mood for writing. Maybe I was having fun with my life and was like, "If I blog at this moment... I'm not gonna feel right." So I procrastinated. Yup, I do so too. Do I feel guilty? Hell yes! Mainly because I feel like I'm letting you guys down, not giving you stuff to read, but at the same time, who still likes to read?

.Atkins Meal Bars.

     Hello every one. I know, I haven't written and it doesn't feel right not writing either. I love writing about the samples and all, I just... I must admit I have been procrastinating a little bit on writing. I have been getting samples and I'm spacing them out in post space so I know I have things to write just in case the mailing of the samples get slow like they sometimes do. Any who, time to write, write, write!
     The first thing I would like to write about is the Atkins Quick Start Kit which you could also get for free if you visit their website and sign up to it. I don't remember how I stumbled upon it; I just remember signing up and ordering my kit. By the way, I like it. I haven't tried the meal bars yet, but I did gaze through the kit and it is helpful, if you want to lose weight, which I should get to, but am procrastinating as well. Any who, here are some pictures so you can get an idea of what the kit comes with and how it looks like:

 The Carb Counter has a list of foods and/ or ingredients such as fruits and vegetables, as well as snacks and how many carbs each contains.

The Quick Start Guide contains the "Plan" for your weight loss, reassuring you that if you follow the guidelines, you will lose up to 15 pounds in the first two weeks. It seems this works by keeping track of your carb intake, as well as following a meal plan for those weeks. The steps to continue weight loss are as follows:

1. Phase 1: Induction. A two week period that jump starts weight loss. 
2. Phase 2: Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL). "Add more foods to your diet as you keep loosing weight.
3. Phase 3: Pre- Maintenance. At this point, you're almost at your ideal goal weight. You'll begin a way of eating that enables you to maintain the new healthy weight, for good.
4. Phase 4: Lifetime Maintenance. "Now it's time to prove that you can 

keep doing it." Basically, you'll be able to eat the way you have in pre- maintenance to maintain your weight during your lifetime.

     The meal bars are next. You get three.

2. Endulge: Caramel Nut Chew Bar
3. Advantage bar: Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar

     I might give this a chance and so you guys can see, I might keep a record of it here on my blog. I just don't know when I'll start; maybe even tomorrow, I don't know, but it does sound like a good idea. And plus, I could benefit from it.

     Sometimes when I see how many times my latest post has been read, I am astounded by the numbers, but wonder where all you guys are on Facebook? I want you guys to get the latest samples! Even if you like another samples page, I have noticed some don't have what others do. That and I like to post on Facebook because it's a bit more simple for me and quick. But what about you guys? What do you guys think? Do you want this to be on Twitter too? Any other media? It's okay to interact with me and to ask things; I don't bite! .CoverGirl LashBlast, Maybelline MasterDrama, Versace Yellow Diamond, Simple Facial Wipes.

Okay, this is not necessarily a "freebies" post because you have to buy these products, but if you're skeptical towards the ones that I am going to review, I hope my post will help you decide or change your mind about buying these.

     I don't know if you can see the picture clearly, but here are the products I wanted to review, mainly make up, because I find them to be phenomenal!

1. Covergirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof mascara
2. Maybelline MasterDrama by Eye Studio
3. Versace Yellow Diamond perfume
4. Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes

     Okay, so the first product is mascara. You might know it if you watch a whole bunch of TV and watch the commercials all promoted by Sofia Vergara or Ellen DeGeneres. It's Covergirl's Last Blast Volume (waterproof) mascara. I love it. Like I've said before, this is just another product that gets a lot of mixed reviews. Luckily for the company though, I LOVE this stuff. I honestly don't mind the big brush and while applying it, I do not find that the product leaves too much on my lashes even on the first coating. I love the consistency of the mascara because other drugstore brands that my mom and I have bought are too watery and thin and bring down the lashes after we curled them. They would also clump our eyelashes together; not good and so we stopped buying.
     Over the years, and ever since I started doing my make up as an earlier teen, both my mom and I have usually used Apple Mascara. This mascara is a Mexican mascara you can usually get for about $3 at almost any market. We love it because the brush is the right size, does not clump, darkens and coats the lashes really well, and it does not run and leave your eyes looking raccoon- like.

.I usually use the 4th pink one. My mom, the green 2nd to last because it does not make her lashes fall out.

     One day we were at CVS yet again and I had heard a whole lot of rave about LashBlast and it didn't have a long time it had come out, so I wanted to get it. And so we did. I got home, opened the package, cleaned my eyes, curled and applied for the first time. I... was... happy! Happy! Why? Because we had finally tried a drugstore mascara that did not bring down the lashes, lasted all day, did not clump and coated extremely well. To be honest, we had actually already tried a previous mascara by CoverGirl as well named VolumeExact and was waterproof as well. At first it was liquid like, but after opening it did harden up a bit was not to the point where we couldn't use. It was great because it also plumped the lashes and the brush was the perfect size, but then we couldn't buy it anymore, resorting back to Apple.
     The second product is eyeliner. I have been asking around, wondering what eyeliners my friends recommended and I got a few. When I went to CVS though, I did not remember which they had told me, and I was looking around, trying to remember which they had told us about. I knew one of them had told me about Maybelline so I went there and read the description for some eyeliners. I ended up choosing MasterDrama because it tempted me and I wanted to accept a challenge of all day wear, lasting 16 hours, and it being good for sensitive eyes, which my mom has.
     I tried it on yet again, once I got back home after the purchase. I loved the smoothness and easiness of the way it glided over the lid, without having to reapply to ensure the darkness of the eyeliner. Once applied, it was set and done and so... it really did last. It even lasted throughout my sleep. Yup. (Sometimes I forget to get rid of my make up, which is bad in the long run and which you should avoid!) But I kept waking up for it to still be on my lid! It did not smudge either which was great and did last the whole night and day.
     Combined together, this is what my eyes look like:

     The eyeliner is really dark and so far, has not smudged at all and it won't for another good while. The mascara placed well enough on my eyelashes, making them exceed the point where the eyeliner is and, I don't know if you can, but you can see my lashes almost hit the upper lid, not where the eyeliner is, but below the eyebrows are. Every time I look up, my lashes hit that spot and I can feel them, and they are not clumped together or separate. They are even.

     Now, these two items are in my beauty bag, and so are the last two. The perfume adds the best scent. It is light, easy on the nose and smells of flowers, but like I said, is not too strong. It smells a bit lemony as well, making it one of the best perfumes I've used. I keep it in my bag for an instant spray on the go, like when I can't smell the perfume I was previously wearing any longer. I highly recommend for you to acquire this perfume, specially if you want something light for the summer. It's the perfect fragrance that I am sure you will love.
     Obviously we need to remove our make up, and for that, also in my beauty bag, is the Simple cleansing facial wipes. They are smooth on your face and do not irritate the skin. They are also not oily and get every single little piece of make up off. It leaves your face feeling fresh. I will definitely keep buying these because I love the way they make my skin feel.

So, there you go. Maybe I took too long talking about just 2 products, but as long as I mentioned all of them, I thought I would let you guys know about them because they are worth the purchase, review and use. Hope you guys enjoyed this post, even though there were no new sample reviews.

Miracle Whip, MiO, and EveryDay with Rachel Ray...

     Hello everyone, how is the samples department going? I'm sorry if they aren't getting to your doorstep fast enough; I completely know the disappointing feeling. I wish I could get them faster to your door, but I have no control, although I really wish I did. Any who, one of the reasons why I was saying this was because I had a friend ask me how long it takes for samples to get to your address and like all of us, he wanted them to get there faster, but either way, he is still going to order some. Yay! Another member of the free samples club.
     I know you guys don't really need to know what I'm doing, but I will still share. I'm sitting down on my bed in my room while my boyfriend is playing Operation Raccoon City right next to me. Oh well, at least I have something to do while he's distracted a bit.
Now, to the real samples of the night.

     I got 2 sample packets for Miracle Whip. I believe the offer is still being given out if you click the link where it says "Miracle Whip." I think I received my free sample from there and if you notice, you could also send your friends free samples! I... honestly prefer Miracle Whip in salads, specially potato salad. I use a bit of "original" mayonnaise, a spoon of Miracle Whip, some mustard and a bit of salt and pepper. I don't know, that is just me. Speaking about potato salad, now I want some. Maybe at the park, with some sandwiches and iced tea or lemonade! Mmmmm. Now I am more hungry than I already was! Waaaaaaah! Oh well, maybe a sandwich will await me once I am done writing this blog, you know, as a reward?
     And speaking about things or more like, drinks that can go along with your sandwich and other meals and also in the lemonade- sorts of department, why don't we pair all that up with some MiO Liquid Water Enhancer? Just like, this one!

Yup! I got my sample in the mail not so long ago and as you can tell, I hope, I was really, really happy! Why? LOOK at the thing! It's an actual product sized bottle! How much more freaking amazing is that?!

That and I'm sorry, but I had to try it right away. My mom doesn't like it just because she says it's just paint! And well, even though I do agree, I have to say that I did like it, but that for me, it leaves me wanting more, or even more thirsty. Is that a good thing? I love the flavor: Blueberry Lemonade; it's sweet, and you don't have to put too much in it. (My boyfriend got the Lemonade flavor. That one is a bit more acidic, but it's sweet at the same time, but that one you do have to put enough to make it more sweet. We both liked it, but I'd much more prefer to get other flavors to try.)
     The second biggest surprise that I got was the "EveryDay with Rachel Ray" magazine. I... "grew up" watching Rachel Ray's 30- Minute Meals. (I say "grew up" because she's not old, and I was already a teen obviously, but her show was really fun and you learned shortcuts to meals that would only take, about 30 minutes.) I had gotten home late from being out of the house and when I did come home, I noticed the magazine last out the pile of free stuff, but I was sooooo excited.

     The magazine is PACKED with recipes, many of which I've always wanted to try. Specially now that we're in summer and that it's time to get the grill out which I absolutely love to use. That, and even though you have the recipes, you can change some of the ingredients for cheaper ones or just to mess around with the taste. It'd be nice and smart if this magazine, or any other food magazines came with coupons. (Just saying!) But I can't complain; I got this one for free! I actually think I got a whole year free. I just hope I don't get a surprise bill at the end and them make me subscribe to the second year! I'm broke! I never even get magazines for the same reason that they are pricey, but this one is worth it!

.Emergen-C, Versace Yellow Diamond, and Poise.

     Hello guys. The samples department has been a bit faster these 2 weeks, which is surprising, but really great for me because I get to tell you guys about the latest samples and give you more offers here, on my Facebook page. But if you're reading this on the quickness, then here you go.

     As you can see, the words Emergen-C are written on what to me seems like a wallet. It was actually quite a nice little package. I'm a sucker for "cute" things, I mean, I am a girl! Either way, I had heard about Emergen-C before, about how it was obviously packed with Vitamin C and  how it was supposed to fill you with a bunch of energy, somehow naturally. I haven't really tried it, but am looking forward to, specially because I've been feeling nasty. That sounds weird, but what I mean is that I don't feel as energized as I used to and am hoping I could feel like that again. And what better way than to try the samples, right?

     So, as far as samples go, I got 2! One is the orange one which is of "Super Orange" flavor. It's got "nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants and electrolytes and enhances your energy."
The blue packet is the Emergen-C Immune+ system support with Vitamin D. It's of "Blueberry Acai" flavor.
These two sure do sound good though. And they are supposed to help our body and immune system? Sign me up! By the way, they are STILL giving out free samples!!! I didn't know until I was visiting their website a couple of hours back. Click here for your free samples!

     I know you can't really tell, and I am sorry about the quality of the picture, but that to the right is the Versace Yellow Diamond perfume sample I received in the mail. THIS is how ALL perfume samples should be, not like the other perfume samples I first reviewed when beginning to write my blog. I don't know if you read my last blog about the Target beauty sample, but in that now I have all my make up and this little Versace perfume is in it as well. It smells really good. It is a little perfume spray, if you will and in my opinion, it seems like they really want people to buy their product if they're sending samples in little sprays! They sure convinced me!

     Okay, honestly, I didn't know what these were until I received the samples these are for Poise pads, but not for what you think, unless you already knew what Poise pads were. These type of pads are for women who suffer from "light bladder leakage." You know, how sometimes someone you know might tell you that when they laugh or feel like they have to go, but can't and have to hold it, there's a bit of a leakage problem coming from their bladder? Yeah, for that problem. I honestly did not know because if you click on the link above that reads "Poise," you will see how they ask, "What absorbency do you currently use?" and well, I didn't pay attention to the "LbL" tab above and just filled out the form. But it's okay. Maybe someone who needs it might need it and I'd be able to give them these, no?
